Pierre Chareyre is SEI Chief Financial Officer.
He holds a degree from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and master degree in law from the University of Paris.
Pierre -who combines the French and Swiss nationality- started his professional career as a banker, with the Midland Bank, first in France and afterwards in the UK.
In 1988 he came to Belgium to join the group of Société Générale de Belgique.
In 1989 he became CFO of Sogem, the trading company of the Belgian non-ferrous group Union Minière (now called Umicore). He took the position of CEO of Sogem in 1993.
From 1997 to 2001 Pierre was CFO of REXEL (a member of the PPR group), before joining back the SUEZ group as Senior Vice President Corporate Finance & Treasury of SUEZ Environment.
Pierre joined SUEZ Energy International in 2005. |
